Account Data & Orders
What happens to your data after cancellation

After Cancellation:

  • Account remains accessible for 30 days
  • Historical order data available for download
  • Customer data retained as per privacy policy
  • Active orders will be fulfilled as agreed

Account Violations

We reserve the right to cancel accounts that violate our terms of service. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Provide business closure documentation for expedited cancellation and pro-rated refund regardless of plan type.
